Tween Resilience Camp

Although kids tend to be more resilient than adults, it all starts to change as they get closer to the teenage years. During the ages of 9-12 kids start to feel anxiety and sadness more often and have a difficult time bouncing back after life’s challenges. In this camp kids will learn many tools to help them handle the challenges they face everyday. Meeting time is 9-12 Monday through Thursday. Contact the Activity Center to register 512-261-1010

Dream Boards for the Ladies

moms empowerment WS.jpg

You can call it a dream board, empowerment board, vision board or just an affirmation board!  It's been a challenge to come up with the perfect name for the way I like to do vision boards.  I have so much fun helping kids make dream boards and have had many requests from moms to host a workshop for adults, so let's do it! We will do several exercises to get in touch with our deepest desires and then begin the process of manifesting our dreams with creativity, words and visualization! It's ladies night at Sno Mo! I will bring poster boards and supplies for everyone.  Bring your wallet to purchase a tea, ice treat or the amazing meat pies!

Feel free to bring a bottle of wine to share with friends!
